ISS2022 Manual for all Participants is uploaded.
We would ask all presenters, chairs, and audience to read it in advance.
The ISS2022 official Webex invitation email for all participants will be sent on November 22nd.
The WEBEX Virtual TEST Room will open from 8:00AM on Nov. 17th to 8:00 on Nov.19th in JST. Presenters are recommended to check the operation of your PC, the software and the internet connection (Webex system and Presentation materials).

ISS2022 will be a hybrid meeting. It will be held virtually and in-person at Aichi Industr & Labor Center (WINC AICHI) located close to Nagoya Station, Japan.

While anyone who has registered for the ISS2022 can attend the symposium online via Webex, plenary and invited speakers, presenters, session chairs, and program committee members are welcome to participate in the symposium in person. All sessions will be livestreamed.
To enter Japan, the vaccination certificate of COVID-19, an official proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19, is required. You can find more information here ( https://www.mhlw.go.jp/stf/covid-19/certificate.html ).

Based on the status of COVID-19 official regulations in Japan, we have started to prepare 4 conference rooms close to Nagoya Station, Japan, to organize the Hybrid Symposium :
〇 Moving from an online only to a hybrid (online and in-person) meeting is under preparation.
〇 The venue is Aichi Industry & Labor Center (WINC AICHI) located close to Nagoya Station, Japan.

〇 We are planning that invited speakers, presenters, session chairs, and program committee members can participate in the symposium in person.
〇 Depending on COVID-19 infection cases, the in-person meeting may be cancelled.
〇 We will continue to follow the restrictions imposed by the Japanese government, local government, and AIST and hold the symposium accordingly. (As of July 4, 2022, the number of people who can enter the venue is limited to 100.)
