Instructions for Oral Presentation
The official language of the symposium is English. Only papers presented by authors are considered for publication in the proceedings. PDF or Power-Point Presentation viewer will be available in each session room, and also in virtual Meeting Room by Webex. You should use your own computer. When you are going to make your presentation in virtual, please prepare a sufficient internet service and equipment for your web-presentation by yourself.
Presentation time for various presentations are described as follows.

Withdrawal
If you want to withdraw your presentation for some reasons, please inform the ISS2022 secretariat in advance (Helpdesk4iss[at]iss-secretariat.org (replace [at] with @)).

· | What the presenter should prepare is the same whether online or at the venue. (Computer, Webex, Presentation Material, Presentation Viewer) |
· | All participants, including those who come to the venue, must participate in the connection test (All proceedings will be held on Webex). |

· | No photography, no video recording are allowed for presentation materials (slides). Also, please make your cell phone into “Manner Mode”. |
