With the cooperation of companies headquartered in Kyoto, technical tours will be organized on Friday, December 6th.
The tours are planned from 10:00 to around 13:00.

Technical Tour to HORIBA, Ltd.
We will visit headquarter of HORIBA, Ltd., which is one of the global leading manufacturers of analytical and measurement instruments. Their products and solutions cover from automotive R&D, process and environmental monitoring, in-vitro medical diagnostics, semiconductor manufacturing and metrology, to a broad range of scientific R&D and QC measurements. In this visit, they will give us the chance to tour their HORIBA Analytical Laboratory.
HORIBA Analytical Laboratory is a multi-function analysis center that has various analysis and calibration functions, as well as exhibits and demonstrations of their products. They will introduce their capability of material analysis using their scientific analytical instruments. In particular, spectroscopic instruments from HORIBA Jobin Yvon, which is of the major group companies and celebrates 200th anniversary this year, are highlighted.
