You do not need to pay for registration for ISS2020. The registration fee is free for ISS2020.
When you have completed registration procedure, please submit your abstract.
All the attendee will be registered in both real and virtual meeting rooms, automatically.

Registration Fee
Registration fee is free for the ISS2020.
However, the publication cost for your proceeding will be charged.
We would ask you to pay for your publication fee when you submit your proceedings. If you plan to make multiple presentations, please pay for the publication fee for each presentation.
Change and Cancellation
Any change or cancellation for your registration must be informed to the ISS2020 secretariat as quickly as possible.
VISA Support
Symposium participant from several countries including China, India, Russia, etc. is required for an effective entry VISA to visit Japan. The ISS2020 secretariat would support your VISA documents for visa application.
Please note, the ISS2020 secretariat would support only for participants with presentation ( presenters and the co-authors).
If you require our VISA support, please contact the ISS2020 secretariat with information necessary for the visa application (your nationality, occupation, birth date, age, your name written on your passport, male/female, schedule of your stay in Japan, hotel name and address for participating in ISS2020 , flight schedule, contact information in Japan.
